This document represents the entire agreement between the participant and “Meteora Fly Adventure”.
“Meteora Fly Adventure” reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary and/or to withdraw the program announced, whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of tour participants.
You must be aware that the paragliding sport is very weather dependent and we cannot fly in rain or brisk/strong winds. We therefore ask you to make sure you are in touch with our duty instructor the day before your course commences.
Please note that if a paragliding flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, an alternative activity will be offered as refund. If an alternative activity is not chosen, we will provide a refund, deducted any expenses.
All participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit for the activity of their choice. For any false or intentionally neglected information by the customer (regarding health and/or medical issues) that may result to injury or death, “Meteora Fly Adventure” has no responsibility and can result to legal proceedings.
Participants are required to advise the provider, in advance, of any physical, medical or other special needs that require accommodating.
“Meteora Fly Adventure” reserve the right, without penalty, to decline to accept any person as a participant in a program, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, if that individual’s participation poses a direct threat to health or safety.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION, OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT.
These terms and conditions apply to every person booked onto Outdoor Activities provided by “Meteora Fly Adventure”. If booking on behalf of a third party you accept these terms on their behalf and so it is important that you make them aware.
All participants were informed, that there is no (in terms of) a medical problem, that makes their participation in the activity problematic (Allergic, cardiology, etc.), pregnancy or disability that prevents it from participating in the activity.
In every aviation sport or activity, there is a high risk of injury or even death. Likewise, all adventurous activities are potentially hazardous with a danger of personal injury. By booking a course in these activities you are aware of and accept these risks and will be responsible for your own and your groups actions and involvement. Instructors or outdoor animators who hold the relevant awards or qualifications will lead these activities and will maintain a high level of safety throughout the activities. To enable Outdoor Activities to manage these risks you agree to acknowledge the need for responsible behaviour and that the instructor’s or outdoor animator’s word is final on all matters of safety.
You confirm that you are familiar with the nature of the activities that you wish to undertake and acknowledge those risks that are inherent therein and that you may freely withdraw from any activity and there is no pressure whatsoever to take part. Participants will not be under the influence of any drink or drugs in anytime during attendance.
We reserve the right to stop any participation in any Activity or Event in whole or in part if in our reasonable opinion you are unruly, violent, abusive, or deemed not capable to the extent that such state or condition is materially likely to endanger the safety or enjoyment of other participants. We do not accept the liability for the behaviour of you or others on or at the event, and participants found to have unacceptable behaviour will be removed from activities with no refund given, and all balances to be paid in full.
BY REGISTERING FOR ANY ACTIVITY, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
THIRD PARTY POLICIES
METEORA FLY ADVENTURE AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Meteora Fly Adventure makes arrangements with activity providers, transfer operators, shore excursion operators, tour and local guides, and other independent parties (“Third Party Suppliers”) to provide you with some or all of the components of your booking. Third Party Suppliers may also engage the services of local operators and sub-contractors. Although Meteora Fly Adventure takes all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Suppliers, Meteora Fly Adventure is unable to control Third Party Suppliers, does not supervise Third Party Suppliers and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. Any services provided by Third Party Suppliers are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by these Third-Party Suppliers and their liability is limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, and vouchers and international conventions and agreements that govern the provision of their services. These may limit or exclude the liability of the Third-Party Supplier. You acknowledge that Third Party Suppliers operate in compliance with the applicable laws of the countries in which they operate and Meteora Fly Adventure does not warrant that any Third-Party Supplier is in compliance with the laws of your country of residence or any other jurisdiction.
“METEORA FLY ADVENTURE” IS NOT LIABLE AND WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISTRESS OR FRUSTRATION, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, RESULTING FROM THE ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN ITS EMPLOYEES.
Meteora Fly Adventure is not liable for the acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of Third-Party Suppliers or any independent contractors.

Meteora Fly Adventure may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to “Meteora Fly Adventure” or otherwise used by “Meteora Fly Adventure” as permitted by law.
In accessing the Website, you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
By purchasing any type of media (photos, videos) of your participation to any activity, you accept that “Meteora Fly Adventure”can use that material for advertising purposes.
CHANGE OF USE
“Meteora Fly Adventure” reserves the right to:
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that “Meteora Fly Adventure” shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
The contents of “Meteora Fly Adventure” website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
Price is per person unless otherwise stated and subject to availability by contacting “Meteora Fly Adventure”.
Prices offered are fully inclusive of taxes, levies and government charge current at the time of publication. Prices do not include tips, personal expenses or personal insurance.
Prices shown are for payments made by cash or via credit card payment.
It is the customer`s responsibility to pay by means of an oral commitment or booking via the website contact forms. The activity fee and ordered options are payable without deduction. When booking an activity (by order or verbal) the fee is payable immediately after the booking by transfer. For short-term bookings it is possible to pay the fee in cash prior to the activity.
By booking any activity in “Meteora Fly Adventure”, you agree to the cancellation policies stated below:
– Another activity of individual choice, by setting a new date and time promptly and close to the date cancelled.
– A refund, after deducting bank and/or other operational costs.
“Meteora Fly Adventure” provides by default Liability Insurance, according to the State’s Law. Medical insurance is not provided and is a subject solemnly covered individually by the customer.
Third Party Insurance Policy
In any third-party activity involved, all “Meteora Fly Adventure” insurance policies apply in addition to the designated third-party associate’s insurance policies.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
By booking any type of activity, you agree that exclusively and only “Meteora Fly Adventure”, regarding GDPR rules, can use your personal data information to manage, control and approve your participation in any sort of activity, considering functional, risk and safety precautions.
Any document from the “Necessary Documentation” page, filled and signed by the customer, acts as a warranty that the customer agrees with ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS stated above. Should the customer refuses to provide all of these documents prior to an arranged activity, he or she will be perceived as absent and the terms of the not showing up cancellation policy apply.
